Hello readers!
This is gonna be small post just to get me started on writing about my fitness journey or really an overall health journey! This last January i had spine and hip surgery through hard work and trusting the process I was able to deadlift 185 lbs I tried to lift 225 lbs but I siked myself out... Even though the body is healed that is maybe 1/4th of the battle. I would like to share this journey not really as a flex more as a you can fucking do it!! hopefully I am gonna get a longer post your way but for now here is me before surgery, after surgery, and the other two are just moments i was feeling pretty good about my body and what it has been able to weather. Thank you for reading this and I really do think that with time and support you can reach your goals.
